How can we improve their instruction and participation? Math centers will allow the students to work on their level. Students will be able to use a more hands-on approach to the ever so quickly changing world around them. They will be able to use these centers to increase their mathematical knowledge. They will be able to complete activities based on their skill level. I would also be able to have activities for both my highest performing and most struggling students. My classroom just does not, yet, have the number of math centers needed to meet their learning needs. This grant will help to get us closer to closing that that gap.
