I have an awesome VE class of 4th and 5th graders. They all bring something creative and amazing to our class! With all different learning levels, needs, and severe behavioral issues, we do a lot of small group work to reach each student. Having the right resource to teach each one of them is crucial to their learning. They all struggle with attention span and require a lot of movement to different areas to stay focused and be able to grow their brains! In our class, we turn everything into real life situations and experiences, things they will utilize to function on a day-to-day basis. Due to the disabilities of my students, they have to work harder than most students just to get by. They all try their best even on bad days and we try to keep a positive encouraging environment! Our class name is A.'s All-stars because we work as a team every single day.

About my class
