I think everyone will agree that childhood obesity is a disturbing epidemic. Our children need to get up and move, not only at school, but also at home. With the technology age upon us, many children are spending too much time in front of computers and televisions. I plan to help our students move away from couch surfing and get up and move. What better way of getting children to move than with a jump rope? Jump ropes are a simple yet effective way of getting our kids moving. Please help me place a jump rope in ALL of my students' hands.
