I teach at a fourth and fifth grade Title I funded school located in a rural area. Our school has many programs that meet the needs of students, such as the Back Pack Program that provides food for disadvantaged students on the weekends to ensure they are taken care of. My school is a place where students, not only receive an education, but feel safe, encouraged, and loved. I teach two groups of mixed ability level 4th grade students. My students range from academically gifted to students that struggle academically. My students, no matter their socioeconomic status, are all 21st century learners that love technology.
