My students are Transitional Kindergarten, Kindergarten and First Grade Students. In our classroom, we treat all students as equals and allow them all the same opportunity to grow and learn. They are allowed to make choices for themselves and participate actively in their own learning. Some of my student communicate with sign language or pictures, some point or are unable to communicate. We work on counting, cutting, coloring and picture matching. We also give them an opportunity to enjoy life and be kids. Our school is very welcoming to my classroom. It is great to give my student's the opportunity to participate in school wide events and daily activities.
