I have been teaching grades 9-12 ESL and Spanish language in a small city school district for 24 years. The majority of our ELLs are Hispanic and hail mainly from Puerto Rico, Mexico and Guatemala. We have also had the pleasure of teaching students from Laos, Vietnam, Poland and Albania.
