There are two parts to our Science Olympiad group. We have those that were able to get into the class and those students that come after school on Thursdays. We are a small K-12 school so I am lucky to be able to provide STEM to grades 5-9. Our students are like family and many of them are older siblings and younger siblings that get to work together! We believe that we must not only learn, but have fun doing so. Students are able to be creative, learn from trial and error, think outside of the box and most of all learn to problem-solve. Last year was our first year of having a Science Olympiad team. The team consisted of seven students that worked hard and had fun. All seven have returned to the team and we added 33 more students this year!
