My students are fourth graders. The first question out of their mouths each morning is, "What are we learning today?" It is so exciting to see these young people coming to school with their cogs turning, ready to take in new knowledge or learn a new skill. In a community where rich learning experiences are far and few in between, the school day is the open door and key that unlocks the vast amount of opportunities for my students.

About my class
