My school is composed of more than 50% of students on free and reduced pricedlunch, therefore, they do not all have access to technology at home. Teaching through technology will open many doors in their future. As their Spanish teacher I like to expose all my students to as much Spanish as possible. My native English speakers will probably only hear and practice it in school. Bringing in iPads to my literacy workstations will give all my students the opportunity to become more engaged in their learning and build their foundation of the Spanish language through games and stories.
