My school is located in an area where the majority of students come from low income areas. Many are living in unstable home environments and deal with challenges on a daily basis. Many come from homes with drug use and abuse and several have special needs and learning disabilities that make it hard for them to sit still and focus in class. They are great kids in need of loving adults to see as role models.
