My students are so excited to be artists. They love coming to art to see what what we will be creating. Whenever we get messy with paint, we high-five about our “artist hands.” I find that my students are almost constantly asking when they can paint on a canvas “like artists do.” I would love to be able to give them the experience of expressing their creativity using canvases, media pads, and acrylic paint. Students will be able to visually express themselves in an even more meaningful way. Our hands would be messy and our hearts would be full!
