My students are special ed students, with learning disabilities in various forms. My students also have various minor physical disabilities. However, my students are eager to learn, and are very motivated to do their very best. They all have the goal of passing all of their classes each six weeks, and passing their standardized test at the end of the year. Our school creates a positive learning environment for our students. Our school goal is for student centered learning, as much as possible. As teachers, we are facilitators of learning, and guide the students through their learning. The best part of this, is that our school is 100% poverty and 100% minority. However, we have high expectations, and our students work very hard to achieve their goals.
