The children in my room are bright, inquisitive, and kind. They are eager to learn. Some of them need that extra push to develop their talents. Having new, high interest books make it easier to keep their attention and get them "hooked" on reading. Many of my students don't have home libraries and completely rely on the books in my classroom. This is one of the many reasons that I am seeking to add these wonderful non-fiction titles to our classroom.
