My fourth graders are such a wonderful and enthusiastic bunch of kids. They come to school every day ready and excited to learn. My students are primarily Native American and come from high poverty situations. All students in our school receive 100% free breakfast and lunch. Although they might not be living in the most ideal situations, these kids are terrific children and put their whole heart into everything they do. Having a welcoming area for so many of our daily activities would mean so much to them.
