My students are sophomores through seniors who are choosing to take our elective science (physiology) course. Many of them are interested in future health or science careers. Some of them are just taking physiology for the health credit, but often end up more excited about the subject than they were at the beginning of the year. Some are interested in physical therapy and sports therapy. They are college-bound students curious about the subject, and they may not have much experience with medical sciences. My students are amazing teens, with an intrinsic motivation to learn. I love working with them and want to provide the best opportunities that I can.
