Junior High School students of both genders, and all backgrounds makeup our classroom. They show up at Central's doors eager to learn. Many of my students leave for the day knowing that they will have to care for younger family members when they return home. My job is to provide them with the essential skills not only to take care of themselves, but others as well. KitchenAid mixers would provide the opportunity for students to use new equipment that they probably have never seen before. They would also allow for more time within the kitchens to enhance their skills. Career opportunities would also be encouraged, as new ideas are discovered within the kitchens. I have the BEST students, who are thirsty for knowledge!

About my class
