Technology is essential to students productive learning. As a new addition to the 4th grade at my school, I am enthusiastic about technology in my class. We have approximately 30 students in each classroom in the upper grades. My school is proud of the positive, motivated young learners we produce each year. Receiving a grant from Chevron's Fuel Your School program would bring further knowledge to my students. My students have well educated parents with high expectations in all academic areas. They expect technology to be included in every aspect of their child's education. With addition of 4 new Chromebooks, there will almost be enough technology for students to have 1 to 1 devices to do research and final drafts of their writing. This grant will truly help the learning experience of everyone.
