Whale Branch Middle School is a public school serving students in 5th through 8th grades from an area stretching from the Marine Corps Air Station to Yemassee, South Carolina. The largely rural area that encompasses the cluster also includes the Marine Corps Air Station, home to F/A-18 Hornet fighter jets, to Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island, and home to all Marine Corps recruits from east of the Mississippi River. With 90% of our students qualifying for free or reduced lunch, students do not always have the means to extracurricular art programs besides what's provided by the school. Unfortunately, school funding doesn't always allow us to purchase things needed for the performing art and music exposure our students are asking for. Please help support our mission to provide an outlet for students to express themselves through the performing arts.
