Discus is an extremely competitive event that require extensive training and knowledge to perform successfully. Our students dedicate themselves to learning and perfecting a sport that requires strength, balance, and power. We have an outstanding group of students that support each other and watch out for one another. Through their training, they become like family. Our program builds teens who are not just good students and athletes, but confident people as well. During their time with us our students learn responsibility, persistence, and the value of hard work. They learn how to push themselves, how to drive to achieve their goals, and the value of teamwork.

About my class
