Our school is located in the oldest part of town surrounded by the more recently developed foothills, so it draws from a diverse demographic. The school instructs more than 300 students daily in grades kindergarten through 6th grade. Although the school was renovated to accommodate 21st century technology, the library's projection system is hazardous and difficult to use. The goal of this project is to improve the infrastructure, foster creativity and love of learning through the transformation of the library focused on books to a media center focused on knowledge acquisition. Our library needs an HDTV and Chromecast to make this transformation. The smart TV and Chromecast device will enable students to share their projects and learn from others.
