Sequoia Middle is a Title I school with a population of students that come from all walks of life. Many of our students have to deal with various adversities ranging from foster care, poverty, absence of parents, and residing in less than acceptable conditions. Our student demographics are approximately 85% Hispanic/Latino, with the remainder 15% African American, Asian and Caucasian. The Renaissance students are working very hard this year to make our school culture one to remember and make sure that everyone feels safe and happy on our campus.
