Working with students from various home environments brings many challenges, experiences, and diversity into one classroom. I have 56 completely wonderful 4th graders who deserve the very best education can give them. I have a classroom of cultures and backgrounds that all create one, unified group of small learners. It is my job to create an environment of support, safety, belonging, and comfort for each individual learner.
