I teach in a small rural school in North Carolina. We have around 200 students total. I will be teaching a class of first and second graders this year. Our school is so small that we have grade combinations sometimes. My children are like most children their age; they like to learn and they enjoy new things. We are blessed with a caring staff who work together to find ways to get the things our students need in spite of the economy and budget cuts.

About my class
