Anxious First graders ready to become better readers. Our school is made up of a variety of students with different backgrounds. They are a very hyper group. They all are ready to take on this new year and new challenge of becoming on grade level readers and lovers of reading. Many of the students at our school come from a low income household so many of them may not have access to books at home. This makes it more challenging for the teachers because we have to find their level, get them to want to read and then keep them reading.

About my class
