I am a Business teacher, teaching computer applications and Digital Communications, which are vocational courses. Technology courses gives students an instant lead way to the job market after graduation. Students learn every aspect of business documents and their appropriate usage. Major business technology equipments are introduced to them and training is offered. Most of my students are from low income homes, but very focused in their school activities. We are the only comprehensive school that made the ABC this year within our attendance area and we are proud of our students, because they made the accountability rating with the limited resources that are available to them. Teachers in my school believes education is the best gift and we are trying hard to give that to our students, even if it means begging and writing grants to enhance learning.
