The furniture I have requested will help build an engaging and inviting classroom library. The children can choose a book that captivates their imagination and make themselves at home. The smaller chairs and couch are the perfect size for third graders to relax and the bench will provide seating as well as additional storage. Having an enticing library will help instill an importance of reading and provide an environment in which reading is clearly valued. The children will also be more likely to engage in independent, partner and small group reading if the classroom library is physically attractive, cozy and quiet.

About my class
