I am an inclusive kindergarten teacher in Louisiana. The majority of my class receives free or reduced-price lunch. I was a Teach for America teacher in South Louisiana for 2 years and loved teaching so much I decided to stay in the profession and in the area. In my class we strive to have 100% of the students in my class on a first grade level by the end of the year. The road to college starts in kindergarten!
