My students are fun, hard-working, and tough little mountain children. They might be from a ranching family that has been deeply embedded in the community for generations, or from a newly-arrived family from across the country that has recently chosen to adopt the mountain lifestyle. We have a very caring school community that I have watched grow ever stronger since I first became a part of it. I am proud to teach here and to be a member of this community.
