Most of my students are English language learners and 98% come from low SES families. Many do not have basic art supplies at home. I would love to be able to provide opportunities for students to paint, learn to use their imaginations, develop fine motor skills, express themselves, and see the viewpoints of others. Simple creative activities are some of the building blocks of child development. My students love to create, and I would like to give them amazing opportunities to do so.
