My school is a public school that serves 100% military families. Between the importance of my first grade students' developmental needs and with them all coming from military foundation, routines and organization is key to a productive classroom. My students consist of a variety of learners, who while all come from military families, come from various schools throughout the country. It is important that as I serve them, and ease their transition into my classroom, that I have consistency throughout my routines and maintain a positive classroom environment. No matter what state or school my students come from, whether it's at the beginning of the year or during my middle, I know I will do my best to provide them with every opportunity to become the little learners they truly are!
