My school is in a very low income area. Most of the parents of my kids are not high school graduates, yet they are sending their children to our charter school in hopes that their children will get a better educational start than they did. My students are encouraged to work hard, and dream big. By providing enlightening literature on their reading level, I hope to show them that there is a wonderful world out there waiting for them.
