My class of kinders is a mix of those that have had exposure to daycare and those that have not. All of my "friends" (as I call them) are very eager to learn. It's just learning what makes them excited and pushing them to go for it. Our classroom is meant to feel like a community where we can all help and learn from each other. Unfortunately, many students come from situations that are not ideal. Therefore, it is vital that our classroom feel like a place where friends can relax and be successful in their work.
