Our math class works in collaboration stations to complete projects and assignments. Our young mathematicians cycle through independent work, group collaboration and teacher intervention stations. Sometimes a group needs intervention or additional guidance in an activity or lesson. The table requested will allow for a more personalized and comfortable way to work with the students. Our STEM Academy works hands-on and focuses on collaboration within peer groups, however sometimes a more direct and guided approach is needed. This is where the teacher station will aid in the teaching and learning process. The white-board horseshoe table will help students to have immediate teacher help and feedback to master each skill.
