My students are one-of-a-kind. They are a part of a Title I school where funds are very limited, but they make the most of it. They are hard-working individuals who desire a book to take home and read during our genetics/human body unit - which is where this book comes in. They will connect the science content to the book, learn what is fiction and what is non-fiction and be able to connect genetics and the human body to the outside world and to the literature. These students struggle on a daily basis, but with literature to take home (a copy per student) they will be able to submerge themselves into the book and connect content to literature and vice versa.

About my class
