My students will benefit from an agility ladder and fitness dice when we have our Fitness Friday's. There is a limited amount of fitness materials at my school and these items will help my students experience a wide variety of physical activities to improve their overall fitness. These items will also help students become PE literate as well as work on their ability to communicate and lead a small group of students. As my students become more PE literate, they will have a better understanding of their own personal well being and physical fitness. This will allow them to set their own fitness goals in the future!

About my class
