Hello I'm Yarah Rose at Irmo High school in Columbia SC and I teach Physical Science and Chemistry. Many of our Science Standards are taught outside of the classroom from simple areas such as a track and field or through experimentation in a chemical laboratory setting. In science you are only as accurate as the measuring tools used. My students would benefit from access to equipment that can increase the accuracy and efficiently of their data collection. Our Science and Math Departments have come together to bridge the data collection gap by working with the TI-inspire data collection equipment, but more probeware (sensors) are needed to accommodate our classes.
