Many of the students at our school struggle to obtain their basic needs. Most of them do not play outside after school or participate in sports. There are simply other "more important" things going on in their lives which draws their attention away from such fun. As a result, many of them only get to play outside and participate in physical activity here at school. As educators who want the very best for each child under our care, we have an obligation to be creative in the ways we incorporate important life lessons, including those on fitness and nutrition. Using stability balls in the classroom can accomplish so much towards this goal.

About my class
