My students learn how to code and put together circuits in my classes. I want students to apply these skills by MAKING. The impact drill, accessories, pliers, and heat gun will widen the ability of students to make working prototypes. The heat gun is used to create a variety of shapes and capsules to enclose circuitry into an attractive outer shell for a refined finished product. The impact drill and pliers especially will be very useful in setting up each years competition field. It will enable us to construct our own fields using the provided schematics instead of having to purchase a new product each year. This gives our students even more practice building and creating.
