Our classroom is a Life Skills classroom for special needs students. We service students in grades K-12. In our classroom we provide instruction in living skills such as: making beds, cooking, sweeping, vacuuming, stocking groceries, doing their own laundry from home, participating in science experiments, and in the spring we will plant a garden. We take field trips in the community to show possible job opportunities. We provide every opportunity for our students to be effective members of society and so they may go more confident in their independence and self worth. We emphasize independent living skills to promote self confidence in our students. We have a class of 11 students who are eager to learn. We need your help to fund some projects due to restraints of the budget. Any help available to continue their desire to learn is greatly appreciated and will be received by very excited students.
