My students are newcomers, recently arrived immigrants and refugees from all over the world. All are SLIFE - Students with Limited or Interrupted Formal Education. All have missed some years of education due to poverty, violence, lack of a school to attend or other obstacles, and they're very eager to learn and catch up. Many are unacompanied minors who come to school every day and who also work full time to support themselves and their families. These teenagers work exceptionally hard, and they have big dreams. I'd be honored if you'd help me support them in making those dreams come true.
