Our school offers a program based on the opinion that there needs to be strong connection between school and the world of work. Preparing students for their future by establishing work opportunities within the community while they learn is our main goal. We combine academic requirements with training in the construction or media arts pathways to ready students entering college or career after high school. All students are eligible to apply for a position in the student company based on our campus. Students use their communication skills to fill out applications, write resumes, interview and fill membership positions in the VisionBuilders student company. Jobs opportunities (projects) include working with the City of Albuquerque Open Space Division, RiverSource of Santa Fe, Kirtland ElementarySchool, Responsible Parenthood of NM, the University of New Mexico.
