I have been teaching for 20 plus years. I have seen the climate in schools change. Students today need yoga and mindfulness to help relieve stress and live healthier. I want to teach kids yoga and mindfulness to give them tools to help them be successful in their lives. They will learn how important their breath is to overcoming challenges, finding solutions to problems, and to give them the courage to get through the ups and downs in life! Please help make this dream come true. Help our younger generation change the world through the power of yoga and breathing!!!
