Fostering children's natural inclination to move while encouraging thinking and productivity is the focus of this project. Children should be encouraged to be children, even when they are working. Young children wiggle, it's a part of who they are. Lakeshore Learning's Wobble Stools will be a positive addition to our classroom environment. They will give my students an option to work at a table while still encouraging movement! I love the freedom flexible seating allows while teaching children to self-monitor and make adjustments to their work environment taking notice of what works best for them. Moving while working encourages brain connectivity & productivity while helping children focus.
