Hello, and thanks for visiting my page. I teach in an urban setting, where many students come to school to eat breakfast and lunch. Many students do not have school supplies, and if they do have school supplies it is a used notebook from an older sibling or cousin. It breaks my heart to see the students come in ready to learn, but they don't have the school supplies they need. I have used my own money to buy my students school supplies. It is hard for the students to learn when they do not have the proper school supplies. Thank you for reading this and donating to my classroom!
