Our 12th grade performers have written and performed ethnodramas based on current social issues, practiced voice over recording and storytelling, and produced a class show, "Romeo to Go", by Jonathan Rand. Sophomores adapted children’s stories to one-act plays, used myths and masks to perform Greek tales, and revised Shakespeare’s sonnets to inspire innovative songs, dances, and mini-movies. These students have theater class 2-3 times a week and use the creative space to find where they best thrive in a theatrical setting. Our after school drama club performed our first school musical, "You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown," which was a huge success!
