I love the school that I'm at because it is a true picture of diversity; it's not diverse in one specific way (thereby making it not really diverse), it's a mix of kids from every different kind of cultural backgrounds. The students that I work with, primarily, are ninth graders - including a couple co-taught classes with students of various needs. The school is not the most rigorous of environments and many of the students I work with have very low reading levels. It's also a low-income school, as every student is provided with free breakfast and lunch.
