If my project is fully funded, I will be able to teach novel studies with Bud Not Buddy and Hatchet to my students. This will also allow my students to read and choose books on their level, read about characters that look like them, and enjoy reading. Lastly, I want to show students the direct correlation between comprehension and success in life. I hope to instill a passion for literacy and raise the academic achievement of all students. Any and all donations will be sincerely and greatly appreciated.

About my class
