Welcome to my teacher page! My name is Laura Blanco and I am the new General Music Teacher at James Fenimore Cooper School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We are in the process of rebuilding the music education program at Cooper School as part of a district wide effort to reestablish arts education in the city of Milwaukee. As with every new start that means starting some things from scratch and building up. I have a vision for music education at Cooper School that will engage, equip and inspire students in and through the fine art of choral, instrumental and general music.
