Our students are amazing! They are so eager to learn and they work hard every step of the way. We have small class sizes which makes it very easy to do small group and partner activities. Our students want to help each other learn. They are always helping each other and encouraging one another when necessary. In our district, we have very strong Reading, Math and Writing curriculum. Our students have responding amazingly well to the adoption of these three new curricula in the last three years. Our science curriculum is very old, and the materials are gone. The teachers in our building do our best to pull lessons and materials from the Internet, but there isn't a lot of consistency. Last year we only did a handful of science experiments because the teachers have to pay for the materials. The few experiments that we did brought pure joy to the students faces. They were so engaged and they learned to much!
