My scholars are a group of 30, enthusiastic second grade students. As a group, we are learning the importance of appreciating others for their strengths and finding new ways to showcase our own. My students are such a compassionate and caring bunch of kiddos. Compassion along with respect are the two major themes in our classroom. Everyday we strive to be the best students and citizens we possibly can. My students are actively volunteering their time to help others both in our school and our community. As a teacher, it brings me great joy to say that all of my students are the epitome of fine young citizens.
